Your Role, Your Impact
As a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist, you will:
Deliver compassionate, one-on-one care in a supportive clinic—no double-booking ever
Treat a wide range of pelvic conditions, including incontinence, pelvic pain, prenatal/postpartum, and prolapse
Collaborate with a powerful network of pelvic health experts who believe in sharing knowledge and lifting each other up
Be part of something bigger—advocating for patients, educating the community, and helping people live fuller, more confident lives
POSITION SUMMARY
As a Physical Therapist, you will play a key role in helping patients regain independence, improve mobility, and achieve their personal goals. You’ll design and deliver customized treatment plans, collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, and provide leadership to support staff within the clinic.
Physical Therapist: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform thorough patient evaluations, including medical history review and physical assessments, to establish individualized care plans.
Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions—such as exercise, manual techniques, and specialized equipment—to restore function and relieve pain.
Partner with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care.
Provide direction and mentorship to PTAs, rehab aides, and other clinical support staff.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed.
Educate patients and families on therapy goals, expectations, and home program activities.
Protect patient privacy and uphold the highest standards of safety.
Ensure compliance with Medicare, documentation requirements, and clinical quality standards.
Contribute to a positive, professional clinic environment by following company policies and industry regulations.
Support the team and patients by assisting with other responsibilities as needed.
What You’ll Bring (and What We’ll Support):
A current PT license in Maryland (or Compact eligible)
Graduation from an accredited PT program
CPR/BLS certification required
A genuine interest in pelvic health—we’ll support your path, no matter where you’re starting
